Earls Kitchen + Bar has officially opened its newest location at Miami Worldcenter, bringing its globally inspired menu and vibrant atmosphere to Downtown Miami. Located in the center’s Jewel Box building near Kaseya Center, the 8,400-square-foot restaurant marks the brand’s first venture into the area.

Chicago-based Maple & Ash opened its largest location on March 13 at Miami Worldcenter, the 27-acre, $6 billion mixed-use development in downtown Miami. The 22,000-square-foot, two-story restaurant joins a growing lineup of high-profile tenants, including Brasserie Laurel, Sixty Vines, Lucky Strike bowling, and Miami’s first Apple Store.
Recognized as one of the highest-grossing independently owned restaurants in the U.S., Maple & Ash generated over $30 million in revenue in 2022. The Miami outpost will feature multiple distinct spaces, including The Dining Room, The Bar Lounge, The Salon, and The Atrium, home to the Upside Palm, a striking crystal-beaded sculpture.
While the restaurant is known as a modern steakhouse, Michelin-starred Chef Danny Grant emphasizes its wood-fired cooking extends beyond steak, offering an elevated yet lively dining experience that aligns with Miami’s celebratory culture.
